Crypto.com Finally Finds a European Home

Leading cryptocurrency exchange Crypto.com announced that it will establish its regional headquarters in Paris, the capital of France. In addition, the exchange would also be committing €150 million in France toward supporting its local talent drive, business development, brand building, and compliance efforts.

This announcement follows September’s regulatory approval for Crypto.com to function as a Digital Asset Service Provider in France.

“We are incredibly excited to cement our commitment to France and Europe through the establishment of our regional headquarters in Paris. Our regulatory approval was the first important step in our journey in France, and we look forward to continuing to engage with stakeholders across sectors to help facilitate the new digital economy in France and providing customers a best-in-class crypto experience.” said Eric Anziani, COO of Crypto.com.

As part of Crypto.com’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to cryptocurrency, the exchange has been making major advancements within Europe as it also received regulatory approval in August as a cryptoasset business in the U.K. from the Financial Conduct Authority.
