BNB Chain has officially opened a subreddit channel for the Reddit community to follow and discuss the latest developments coming from the core ecosystem of the world's leading exchange Binance.
This was not an unexpected move by BNB Chain considering the amicable relationship between Binance and Reddit. During an AMA held in May 2022, the Reddit community was extremely supportive of Binance founder and CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) as he answered a variety of questions, including about Binance's decision to trade in LUNA despite the collapse of the platform, the way Binance handles user funds and the future of BNB Chain, and ways to approach to the market.
The social network known as the "cover of the Internet" garnered fame, and real-world clout, after a portion of its community declared “war on Wall Street” in early 2021. Retail investors gathered on subreddit r/WallStreetBets to buy GameStop shares at the expense of Wall Street giants who had been shorting the stock.
Since then, Reddit has grown closer to crypto through notable developments, such as scaling the platform's two Ethereum tokens on the layer-two Arbitrum solution and launching an NFT avatar exchange on Polygon.
Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian revealed he owns a lot of $ETH in an interview with CNBC. Reddit is currently valued at $10 billion, thanks to a new $410 million Series F funding round, which could grow to $700 million.
It makes sense, therefore, to bring BNB Chain to Reddit in order to help the BNB ecosystem and the Binance exchange strengthen their presence among users across different platforms.

The Chainlink Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) has officially gone live on BASE. This integration brings powerful cross-chain capabilities to developers on the BASE platform, offering a secure and user-friendly solution for creating cross-chain applications and services, according to the recent statement.
With CCIP, onchain developers can reportedly harness a robust interface to build secure applications capable of sending messages, transferring tokens, and initiating actions across multiple blockchains.
At the core of CCIP's functionality lies the reliability of Chainlink's decentralized oracle networks. Chainlink's oracles have a track record of securing billions of dollars and facilitated over $8 trillion in on-chain transaction value.
BASE Joins Chainlink's Growing Ecosystem
