1inch Launches On Base Network

Leading DeFi protocol, 1inch, has launched its products on Base Network, providing users with access to lower costs and higher transaction speeds

The 1inch Network has continued its expansion across the cryptocurrency landscape, this time deploying its Aggregation Protocol and Limit Order Protocol’s on Coinbase’s all-new layer-2 network, Base - an ecosystem already seeing high levels of activity via applications such as Friend.tech.

“We are happy to expand to Base,” says Sergej Kunz, the co-founder of 1inch Network. “Base is a very promising L2 solution, plus it’s incubated by such a major player as Coinbase. In addition, we totally share Base’s philosophy aimed at bringing the next billion users to blockchain.”

The aim of the move is not only to further expand the 1inch ecosystem, but also to allow users the ability to benefit from 1inch’ now-vast suite of offerings whilst gaining Base Network’s advantages such as low transaction costs and higher transaction speeds.
