Who's a good doggy? Baby Doge Coin is! In the past week, none of the top 100 tokens by market cap bested the 74% increase in price posted by $BabyDoge.
The white-hot Baby Doge Coin soared above what was a rocky week for the general crypto market, posting the largest 7-day gains among the top 100 tokens listed on CoinGecko.
In total, $BabyDoge posted a 74.2% increase for the week, just edging out the Bitget Token on Ethereum, and performing supremely better than either $BTC or $ETH, each of which dropped by about 8% in the past seven days.
The Baby Doge team celebrated the ascendance of the BNB Chain MemeFi project, whose market cap broached the $500 million mark for the first time since April 2022.
As BSC News reported in an earlier story, the rise in the price of $BabyDoge has coincided with increased adoption of the Baby Doge Swap Decentralized Exchange (DEX) and heightened attention on crypto platforms including Binance and DEXTools.
Baby Doge Swap is the acclaimed “son” of the popular meme token, DOGE. Baby Doge Swap started out as Baby Doge Coin and is a hyper-deflationary system that progressively increases its scarcity and increases its liquidity. The project is now a fully Decentralized Exchange with swaps, liquidity pools, yield farming, and more. Baby Doge considers its primary utility as building a fun meme community to spread awareness of animal adoption.
