The blockchain visualization tool Bubblemaps now supports Polygon tokens.

Release the Bubbles!

Data visualization tool Bubblemaps is now available for the Polygon network. Users can now explore on-chain data, including holders’ positions and relationships between wallets, for tokens on Polygon.

Bubblemaps users can dive into deep explorations of token holdings, or they can use the visual tool to assess the project’s “healthiness” at a glance.

In January, the Bubblemaps team made headlines with their analysis of Shiba Inu, finding that a group of 13 wallets held $1 billion worth of $SHIB, or 10% of the supply. The team concluded the group of wallets were likely to belong to the dev team.

The Polygon sidechain is a popular and fast-growing Layer-2 scaling solution for the Ethereum blockchain with projects involved in all areas of crypto, including Decentralized Finance (DeFi), Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and GameFi.

The extension of Bubblemaps to Polygon provides a wealth of data on the network’s projects and will lead to a more-informed user base on the blockchain. Bubblemaps is now available on seven chains.

What is Bubblemaps:

Bubblemaps is a supply auditing tool for DeFi tokens and NFTs. Their unique and colorful bubbles make on-chain data easy to understand, allowing the user to investigate wallets, reveal connections, and see through the noise of blockchain data.

What is Polygon:

Polygon is a “sidechain” scaling solution that runs alongside the Ethereum blockchain — allowing for speedy transactions and low fees. MATIC is the network’s native cryptocurrency, which is used for fees, staking, and more. The effectiveness of Polygon as an alternative to Ethereum has seen existing projects such as Aave and Curve adopting its chain.
