Chainlink for Decentralized Machine Learning, Metaverse Building

The crypto market is in flux, but Chainlink is steadily building across sectors in the industry. This week, the dominant smart contract oral network announced partnerships with a decentralized machine learning protocol and a project focused on growing Web3 Metaverse Applications.

ChainML, which is building a protocol for decentralized computation for AI and machine learning for Web3, is joining the Chainlink BUILD program.

AI and machine learning models could be applied to Web3 utilities, including credit scoring, risk management, and trade management in Decentralized Finance (DeFi), as well as more sophisticated recommendation engines and fraud detection in gaming, NFT marketplaces, and social applications.

“We’re thrilled to join Chainlink BUILD, which will help accelerate the adoption of decentralized machine learning across the industry. Chainlink services are critical for developing a protocol that’s both performant and decentralized, and we look forward to continued collaboration with the Chainlink ecosystem. Ultimately, we aim to develop new AI and machine learning models that drive Web3 innovation forward,”said ChainML Founder and CEO Ron Bodkin in a blog post.

ChainML has committed 5% of the protocol’s token supply to Chainlink service providers in exchange for enhanced features, support, and other benefits, including the integration of Chainlink Automation.

ChainML becomes one of the first 10 projects to join the Chainlink BUILD program.

Web3 Metaverse

LandVault, which bills itself as the largest real estate company in the Metaverse, has established a channel partnership with Chainlink to accelerate Metaverse growth and adoption.

The LandVault team has built more than 100 million square feet of Metaverse real estate across platforms like Sandbox and Decentraland for brands including MasterCard, L’Oreal, and Heineken.

“Chainlink plays a critical role across the most widely adopted Web3 verticals, including NFTs and metaverse applications. We’re excited to accelerate the adoption of Chainlink by introducing its world-class oracle services to our network of clients and partners,” LandVault CEO Sam Huber said in a blog post.

Via the partnership, Chainlink will support the infrastructure and development of new ecosystem projects, while LandVault will provide technical support and consultancy services to Metaverse projects that need Chainlink services.

“We’re pleased to collaborate with LandVault to help onboard both Web2 and Web3 projects with the oracle services and tools they need to bring novel metaverse experiences to life,” said Kate Lane, Marketplace & Data Partnerships Manager at Chainlink Labs.
